Build with AI
Make your marketing tools talk to each other
Connect your ads, website, CRM and reporting so a lead is captured, followed up and measured without anyone copying data by hand.
Qualified, booked and logged. No one touched it.
Most businesses run good tools that do not speak to each other. A lead fills in a form, but it never reaches the CRM (customer relationship management system). An ad spends money, but the sale it drove is never matched back. Integrations are the wiring that closes those gaps: a form becomes a CRM record, a sale flows back to your ad platforms, and reporting updates on its own.
I have spent over a decade inside this stack, so I know where data breaks. I map how a customer moves through your business, decide which events matter, and build the connections so they stay reliable: clean data in, the right action triggered, the result measured. When a platform changes, I keep it working.
What you get
- A mapped view of how leads and sales move through your current tools, with every gap and double-entry marked
- Form and website events wired into your CRM so nothing is typed in twice or lost
- Conversions sent back to Google Ads and Meta Ads so spend is matched to real sales, rather than clicks
- GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and GTM (Google Tag Manager) set up so events are tracked consistently across the site
- Automations that trigger the right follow-up the moment a lead comes in, by email or WhatsApp
- A short written guide to what is connected, what each connection does, and who to call if it breaks
How I do it
- 01
Map the real flow
I trace a lead and a sale end to end through your tools, find every place data is re-typed or dropped, and agree which events are worth connecting.
- 02
Wire the core connections
I build the links between forms, website, CRM, ads platforms and analytics, using native connectors where they are solid and custom automation where they are not.
- 03
Send results back to where decisions are made
Sales and qualified leads flow back into Google Ads, Meta Ads and your reporting, so budget follows what actually earns money.
- 04
Test with real data
I push live submissions through the whole chain and confirm each one lands correctly before anything goes live, so you trust the numbers from day one.
- 05
Hand over and maintain
You get plain documentation of what runs and why, and I keep the connections working when platforms change their rules.

What it does for the business
You stop losing leads to manual handoffs and stop guessing which ads pay off. Enquiries land in one place, follow-up happens straight away, and your reporting shows real cost per customer instead of clicks. The team spends less time copying data between screens, and the money you spend on marketing is matched to the sales it brings in, so you can put more behind what works.

Common questions
Off-the-shelf connectors handle the easy cases and quietly fail on the rest: a field that does not map, a sale that never reaches the ad platform, a tracking change that breaks silently. The value here is mapping your specific flow, building the parts the generic connector misses, and keeping it reliable.
In most cases, yes. The aim is to connect what you run now, not make you switch. I work with the common platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, HubSpot and similar) and build custom links where a tool has no clean connector. If something genuinely will not connect, I will tell you plainly and suggest the smallest change.
Connections do break when platforms update their rules, which is why I document everything and can stay on to maintain it. If a link fails, you have a clear record of what it did, and I can fix it quickly. We can agree a simple ongoing arrangement, or I hand it over fully for your team to manage.
